A suggested clothing and equipment list is provided for your convenience. Recommended items to be purchased can be found on the back of the enrollment form or in the catalog. Suggested types and quantities of clothing should be followed. Our official camp uniform supplier is once again The Cloz Company. We will send you a catalog with their Cloz selection, prices and local show dates in early January. You can call them anytime at (800) 876-2267 or visit their website at www.cloz.com. Envelope Money
Campers sometimes want extra money when they go out of camp on trips. For example, they may want to buy a soda and popcorn if we take them to the movies. For these purchases, we allow campers to keep envelope money in the office. Envelope money works much like a bank account and is administered by the office. We recommend you send a check to our Maine office prior to your daughter's arrival made payable to your daughter. We will have her endorse it and deposit it in her camp account. For appropriate amounts, please refer to the parent handbook and Matoaka Newsletters. Money left over at the end of the summer will be sent home with your daughter. Credit Card PolicyCamp deposits may be paid by credit card up to a maximum of $1000. We accept both MasterCard and Visa. It is a requirement that we have a credit card number on file for all camper medical expenses and pharmaceutical needs throughout the summer. |
